Details of the Job/Internship

Blackbull Law House is hiring a Legal Department Specialist to join their office in Delhi. This is a full-time on-site role involving legal document preparation, legal consultations, and addressing legal issues. The position includes reviewing and drafting legal agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, analysing legal risks, and providing strategic advice on corporate legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage legal documentation.
• Provide legal consultations and assist in addressing legal issues.
• Review and draft legal agreements and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyse legal risks and provide strategic legal advice on corporate matters.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in law and experience handling diverse legal issues.
• Skills in legal document preparation and contract management.
• Strong legal consulting capabilities for providing strategic guidance to clients.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyse and address complex legal issues efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Experience in corporate law, legal compliance, and contract management is an advantage.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
