Details of the Job/Internship

Sweet Dreams India is hiring a Legal Desk Executive / Legal Officer with 3–4 years of experience to join their on-site legal and compliance team in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain legal documents including NDAs, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor contract renewals, terminations, and obligations.
• Support compliance with laws including the Companies Act, FEMA, and Labour Laws.
• Liaise with external counsel on litigation and legal notices.
• Assist in legal policy development and promote process adherence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal briefs.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• CS qualification or pursuing LLM is preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant corporate legal or law firm experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal tools.
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
