FedEx is hiring a senior legal leader to support regional strategies and business objectives across functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead functional teams and support senior leadership in executing regional strategies and plans.
• Ensure achievement of business objectives, customer experience KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Act as a FedEx leadership role model, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration using FedEx leadership principles.
• Develop team capabilities, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Ensure safety-focused work environments and empower innovation.
• Manage complex regional programs, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Develop and maintain processes, tools, metrics, and compliance frameworks.
• Advise senior leadership on legal, regulatory, and business-critical trends.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas while protecting company and customer assets.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize investments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and external legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Support mid- and long-term strategic planning initiatives.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university or law school.
• LLM is desirable.
• Extensive professional legal experience is required.
• International experience is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional local languages being an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
