Details of the Job/Internship

Freedom International Group is hiring a Legal Director with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead its new AI-driven legal services company in Dubai. Acting as CEO, the candidate will be responsible for setting and driving business strategy, managing operations, building and leading the team, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and registration of the legal company in the UAE.
• Act as Manager on the company license, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Develop and execute business strategy, operational plans, and growth objectives.
• Provide strategic legal advice and ensure high-quality legal services.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in all practices.

Eligibility

• Licensed to practice law in the UAE; international law experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in corporate law, legal advisory, or law firm leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading legal teams or law firms.
• Strong business acumen and operational management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage company setup and operations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
