Details of the Job/Internship

Kanoon-e is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Director to join them at their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Director will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, managing legal issues, contract management, and handling mergers & acquisitions (M&A) matters within the firm.

Eligibility

• Law and Legal Compliance skills.
• Experience in Contract Management.
• Knowledge of Legal Issues.
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Law degree from a recognized institution.

Salary/Stipend

10-12 LPA.
