Syncarp is seeking a Legal Leader (Assistant Director / Senior Manager) with 8–12 years of experience to oversee and lead its legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (client/vendor agreements, NDAs, SLAs, licensing, etc.) ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee compliance with local and international laws, conduct legal audits, and manage internal policies.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and represent the company when required.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay abreast of changes in IT and corporate regulations, ensuring timely implementation and awareness.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university (LLM or specialization in corporate law preferred).
- 8–12 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in IT or technology services.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, data protection, IT regulations, and employment law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex legal operations and multiple stakeholders.
