Details of the Job/Internship
PDCap Services LLP is hiring a Legal Contract Analyst to support its legal and compliance team on a flexible, remote basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and analyse various contract documents such as service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and MSAs.
- Extract key information including parties, contract duration, payment terms, and legal clauses.
- Identify risks, obligations, and deviations from standard terms.
- Organise extracted data in structured formats like Excel or Word.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security of legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for clarifications when required.
Eligibility
- LLB degree (completed or final-year students may be considered).
- Basic understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in contract review or legal documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
- Exposure to contract abstraction or legal operations is an advantage.
