Details of the Job/Internship
Meraqui Infratel is hiring a Legal Document Reviewer / Executive with 1 year of experience to join their office in a remote capacity (Pan India).
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and analyze legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential compliance issues within documentation.
- Ensure all reviewed documents strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with lawyers, internal teams, and clients to ensure accurate project execution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis as required for specific projects.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and corporate information.
Eligibility
- Law Degree or Postgraduate qualification (LLB / LLM).
- Candidates currently pursuing their degree can also be considered.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in legal document review.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract structures.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
