Details of the Job/Internship

Viable Outsource Solution is looking for a talented Legal Drafter with strong legal writing and analytical skills to support their global legal teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft & review legal documents (motions, pleadings, affidavits, contracts, discovery responses).
• Prepare and format legal correspondence for U.S., U.K., and Canadian jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research and summarize case laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and document management.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in all legal documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL. B or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Legal Drafting, Litigation, or LPO.
• Strong English communication and legal writing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
