Details of the Job/Internship
Zerodues is hiring a Legal Drafting Associate with 0–3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft replies to loan recall notices, legal demand notices, and recovery communications.
- Prepare settlement proposals, OTS requests, and negotiation letters.
- Draft cease and desist notices and complaints against illegal recovery practices.
- Draft representations for RBI guideline violations.
- Prepare replies to arbitration notices, statements of defence, affidavits, and written submissions.
- Draft Section 17 replies, adjournment applications, and execution-related objections.
- Draft replies related to credit card and personal loan defaults.
- Prepare grievance emails and complaints to the Ombudsman and RBI.
- Draft authorisation letters, affidavits, undertakings, and internal legal notes.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate or final-year law student.
- Strong command over legal drafting and professional language.
- Basic understanding of banking law, arbitration, and recovery processes.
- Familiarity with RBI guidelines and borrower rights.
- Ability to manage high-volume drafting with accuracy.
