Details of the Job/Internship
The Lawscape is hiring a Legal Drafting Intern to join its team on an on-site basis in Patna. The internship involves legal research, drafting of legal documents, review of case laws, preparation of reports and opinions, and assistance in legal writing, editing, and ongoing legal projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyse case laws.
- Draft legal documents, reports, and legal opinions.
- Assist in legal writing and editing of articles and publications.
- Support ongoing legal projects and related tasks.
- Collaborate proactively with team members on assigned work.
Eligibility
- Enrollment in a law degree programme (LL.B, B.A. LL.B, or equivalent).
- Skills in legal drafting, research, and case law analysis.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of legal principles and frameworks relevant to drafting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in handling legal blogs or articles is an added advantage.
