Legal Suvidha™ is offering a full-time remote internship for law students or recent graduates. This role focuses on legal drafting and startup compliance, offering exposure to both legal and financial aspects of startup operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Proficiency in legal drafting and legal research.
• Familiarity with company law, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Eligibility

Law students (preferably in their 3rd year or above) or recent graduates

Prior experience with business registration, tax filings, or startup compliance is a plus.
