Details of the Job/Internship

The Indian Express - Digital is hiring a Legal Writer & Curator with at least 3 years of experience to join their hybrid office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Curate, write, and edit daily legal coverage including Supreme Court judgments, emerging technology, and privacy laws.
• Collaborate with reporters, correspondents, and designers to produce engaging legal journalism.
• Ensure legal accuracy, context, and editorial quality in all publications.
• Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with media law norms.
• Contribute to digital publishing and content strategy.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB mandatory, LLM preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in journalism, legal editing, or legal research.
• Strong editorial judgment and understanding of legal issues.
• Passion for simplifying complex legal topics for a general audience.
