Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Executive at Greenzone Realtors.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Executive will be responsible for Drafting, vetting, and executing legal documents and agreements in english and Marathi. Liaising with external legal counsel and concerned departments. Assist in Filing petition , draft proceeding appear before courts & various government authority such as SRA , MHADA etc on behalf of our company.

Eligibility

• Legal Document Preparation and Conveyancing skills.
• Experience in real estate law and practise in slum act , MHADA act , MRTP etc.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
