Details of the Job/Internship

Legora is hiring a Legal Operations & Product Specialist with a legal background to join their India-based team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to clients by building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities to scale platform use.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to manage client relationships from pilot phases to full adoption.
• Represent the user voice within Legora to inform product development and strategic priorities.
• Deliver product demos and training sessions to showcase platform capabilities.
• Document best practices and develop scalable playbooks for the legal engineering function.
• Help clients evaluate AI’s ROI and its impact across legal practice areas.

Eligibility

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, with interest in generative AI and legal innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge legal and technical perspectives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset.
• Experience improving processes and managing multiple client relationships.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
