Onit India is hiring a Legal Engineer to work with legal tech products like AXDRAFT and ContractWorks Premium. The role involves delivering professional services, automating legal document drafting, and supporting global clients with customized CLM solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Customize CLM solutions and manage legal tech product setups.
- Build and refine automated legal document templates using logical trees.
- Analyze client requirements and lead project delivery.
- Support users in automation processes, approval flows, e-signing, and document repositories.
- Collaborate on high-profile projects with international and Fortune 500 clients.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of legal experience through work or education.
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (C1–2).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI tools, and support ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Experience with CLM systems, legal drafting standards, and document management practices.
