Details of the Job/Internship
Onit India is hiring a Legal Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Customize and implement CLM solutions to meet client-specific needs.
- Build and maintain automated legal templates using logic-based structures (Q&A format).
- Translate client requirements into functional legal tech solutions.
- Design workflows for approvals, e-signatures, and contract repositories.
- Provide ongoing user support and training to ensure smooth adoption.
- Collaborate on projects with Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. and globally.
- Drive client success by identifying process improvements and technical optimizations.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of legal experience (practice or education).
- Fluency in English (C1–C2) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong MS Word skills, especially in document formatting.
- Logical thinker with high attention to detail..
- Experience with contract drafting, legal standards, and CLM systems.
- Comfort working with tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI tools, and support ticketing systems.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, document management, or legal tech platforms is a strong plus.
