HCLTech is hiring an Attorney with 4–8 years of experience in ethics and compliance to join its Chennai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and redline agreements.
• Perform legal research on relevant topics.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to complete compliance and regulatory tasks.
• Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, or other tools.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new skills and topics.
• Deliver assignments within scheduled deadlines.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration in a corporate setting.

Eligibility

• 4–8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in ethics and compliance.
• Strong English communication and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other technical tools.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage deadlines effectively.
• Proactive, quick learner with strong stakeholder management skills.
