Details of the Job/Internship
Silicon Valley Construction Services is hiring a Legal Eviction Assistant to provide excellent customer service and support eviction-related processes. The role is full-time, requiring availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM San Francisco time.
Role and Responsibilities
- Increase rent collected from $3/SF to $4/SF in 6 to 12 months.
- Manage the move-out process including inspections, cleaning, and termination agreement preparation.
- Maintain a database of unit photos and leases.
- Prepare deposit summaries.
- Complete paperwork for collections and eviction processes.
- Send reminders to pay past-due rent.
Submit weekly reports:
- Monday: Priority list with updates on administrative projects.
- Tuesday: Late rent reminders.
- Wednesday: Collections status.
- Thursday: Evictions status.
- Friday: Move-out missing document summary.
Eligibility
- Familiarity with the California Department of Real Estate Forms.
- Experience with leasing commercial property.
- Experience working with legal teams and eviction laws.
- Must use Time Doctor or similar screen-recording technology if hired.
