Details of the Job/Internship

Athena Pharmaceutiques, SAS is hiring a Legal & Compliance Executive/Senior Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including license, supply, distribution, manufacturing, vendor, service, and confidentiality agreements.
• Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Maintain contract management databases and renewal calendars.
• Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance requirements and track legal updates.
• Support internal departments on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Handle registration, renewal, and management of patents, trademarks, and company brands.
• Coordinate with patent and trademark attorneys and maintain IP records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed university.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably pharmaceutical, is desirable.
• Certifications or training in the legal field are an added advantage.
• Strong communication, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of intellectual property laws and MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
