Details of the Job/Internship

One97 Communications Limited is hiring a Legal Executive – Collections with 7+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to Permanent Lok Adalat cases, including documentation, filing, evidence submission, and case follow-up.
• Assist in initiating and pursuing litigation for recovery on behalf of lenders.
• Appear before courts and ensure timely filing of affidavits and required documents.
• Coordinate with external vendors handling legal notices and related processes.
• Organise documents, take printouts, and maintain proper legal records.
• Support additional legal tasks as required by business needs.

Eligibility

• LLB is mandatory.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in banking or NBFC.
• Strong basic legal knowledge and familiarity with litigation practices.
• Fluency in the local Bangalore language is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
