Details of the Job/Internship

Burma Burma is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join their Dadar, Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review NDAs, leave and license agreements, and service agreements.
• File trademark applications and manage related documentation.
• Prepare replies to legal notices.
• Coordinate with internal teams for agreement preparation.
• Ensure legal compliance for all operational outlets.
• Assist with due diligence and documentation for new outlet openings.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, accountable, and organised work approach.
• Basic understanding of the Contract Act, Registration Act, and Property Laws.
• Male candidates preferred.
