Details of the Job/Internship
Vantiva is hiring a Legal Executive with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008, including all ROC filings via the MCA portal.
- Draft Board Resolutions, Circular Resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes for AGMs and EGMs.
- Maintain and update physical and digital statutory registers, including those for Members, Directors, and Charges.
- Ensure the timely filing of annual returns (MGT-7/7A) and financial statements (AOC-4).
- Handle LLP-specific documentation, such as Form 8 (Solvency) and Form 11 (Annual Return).
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities for due diligence and audit purposes.
- Support the legal entity controller with accounting ledger reconciliations and related party schedules for audits.
- Monitor updates in corporate law and assist in restructuring, share transfers, or capital changes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Semi-qualified CA/CS/LLB with a minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Note: Candidates currently appearing for exams or pursuing the course will not be favored.
- Additional exposure to merger and liquidation processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in the MCA portal, MS Office, and secretarial drafting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting reconciliations.
