Details of the Job/Internship
Volody is hiring a Legal Executive with at least 2 years of experience for its Mumbai office. The role requires expertise in legal prompt engineering and AI-powered tools for research, drafting, and document automation, alongside strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements using AI-assisted tools.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve legal research and case analysis.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Refine legal prompts for better AI model outputs in contracts, risk assessments, and compliance documents.
- Liaise with internal teams and external counsel as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Executive or similar role.
- Proven experience with AI/Gen AI tools for legal research and contract review.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills with high attention to detail.
