Details of the Job/Internship
The Legal Tech is hiring a Legal Executive Assistant with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Bengaluru East (Marathahalli ORR).
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications and address basic property law queries.
- Explain property verification processes, required documentation, and registration timelines to clients.
- Provide detailed information regarding stamp duty, registration charges, and applicable legal fees.
- Act as a coordinator between clients and the legal executive team to ensure seamless updates.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, organizing emails, and tracking appointments.
- Provide regular status updates to clients regarding their property verification and registration progress.
- Maintain organized to-do lists and task management systems to ensure no deadlines are missed.
Eligibility
- Educational background: LLB, BA LLB, or BBA LLB.
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and documentation abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in property law and real estate transactions is preferred.
Salary/Stipend
: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/-
