SK Finance Ltd is hiring a Legal Executive - Business Legal with experience of 0-6 months to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Scrutinizing property titles, and vetting property papers.
- Review and Approving of Legal Report.
- Branch Visit and training to the local Sales team for the legal process.
- Preparing Internal Legal Scrutiny reports. External Vendor management.
- Physically visit the authorities for verification of mortgage property in case of any doubt.
- Tracking/Maintain Legal MISs, legal initiation to vendors, and file disbursement process.
Eligibility
- Fresher or minimum 6 months experience PQE.
- Must be a Law graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- Well-versed with operations and technologies.
