Details of the Job/Internship

NPA Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive (Civil & Corporate) with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle all arbitral proceedings, draft necessary documents, and maintain proper records.
• File vakalatnama and appear before High Court, NCLT, DRT, Small Causes Court, Co-operative Courts, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, and others.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with a minimum 5 years of work experience in civil and corporate matters only.
• Knowledge of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code), Committee of Creditors, RDDBFI Act, MCS Act, and other civil and corporate laws.
• Understanding of corporate criminal matters.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong drafting skills for arbitral proceedings, applications, statements of claim, replies, and drafting before NCLT, DRT, and High Court.
• Experience appearing before NCLT, DRT, High Court, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, District Magistrate, and Co-operative Courts.
• Research skills related to judgments from High Courts and the Supreme Court.
