Details of the Job/Internship

Eazyway is hiring a Legal Executive – Contract Law with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and client contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify legal and contractual risks and provide practical legal guidance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Delivery, and Management teams.
• Maintain and manage the contract repository, including renewals, amendments, and execution tracking.
• Support resolution of contractual queries, disputes, and escalations.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Review HR-related documents and ensure legal compliance in employee documentation and communications.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of all legal records.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably in IT / ITES or corporate legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Salary/Stipend
