C. B. Jain & Associates is hiring a Legal Executive specializing in Corporate Law for its Mumbai office. The role requires handling legal documents, providing legal advice, and managing corporate law matters, including private placements and private equity transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and provide legal advice.
• Handle corporate law matters, including private placements.
• Support corporate compliance and manage private equity transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and draft necessary legal documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B or LL.M).
• Expertise in Law and Legal Advice.
• Experience in legal document preparation and conveyancing.
• Knowledge of Property Law.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate compliance and private equity transactions is a plus.
