Details of the Job/Internship

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Consultant / Legal Advisor / Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The role involves ensuring compliance with real estate, corporate, and business laws, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating with stakeholders, and coordinating legal due diligence for property acquisitions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with real estate, land use, RERA, municipal regulations, stamp duty, registration, and other applicable laws.
• Provide expertise in commercial, corporate, and business laws relevant to company operations.
• Draft, review, and finalize Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and other contracts.
• Negotiate contractual terms with landowners, contractors, vendors, partners, intermediaries, and consultants.
• Coordinate with external law firms for due diligence on land and property acquisitions, including title verification, encumbrance checks, zoning, and regulatory approvals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate ongoing and proposed projects for corporate law compliance.
• Conduct legal research on partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Curate and maintain legal documentation, ensuring contracts are commercially viable and aligned with company policies.
• Review and update company legal policies in line with changing laws and regulations.
• Stay updated with developments in real estate and corporate laws.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or BA.LLB) from a recognized university.
• LLM or specialization in Company Law or Corporate Law is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a reputed company or law firm.
• Registered with the Bar Council of India.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of RERA and corporate law.

Salary/Stipend
