Details of the Job/Internship
Innomax Solutions is hiring a Legal Executive Intern for a period of 3 months at their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in ongoing litigation matters and maintain meticulous case documentation.
- Draft and review essential corporate documents, including NDAs, MoUs, and commercial agreements.
- Prepare and issue legal notices and responses under the guidance of senior counsel.
- Conduct extensive legal research focusing on Contract Law and Company Law.
- Support the team with regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with external advocates and internal departments to track case progress.
- Maintain organized digital and physical legal records for the firm’s portfolio.
Eligibility
- Completed LLB (3-year or 5-year) or currently awaiting final results.
- Basic understanding of Indian Contract Law and Company Law.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and academic research.
- Must be willing to work on-site (from office) in Hyderabad.
- Availability for a full-time 3-month commitment.
- High level of motivation to pursue a career in both litigation and corporate law.
