Details of the Job/Internship

TNC Aviation is hiring a Legal Executive (IPR and Tax Laws) with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Development: 

• Drive strategic partnerships, identifying and collaborating with key stakeholders to foster growth. 
• Utilize technical expertise to analyze, develop, and implement effective business strategies. 

Legal Compliance: 

• Ensure adherence to corporate laws, governance standards, and industry regulations. 
• Provide legal counsel on compliance matters, contracts, and corporate policies. 

Contract Management: 

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 
• Oversee the intellectual property portfolio, ensuring trademarks, copyrights, and patents are properly managed. 

Risk Assessment & Mitigation: 

• Conduct risk assessments and develop frameworks to address legal and compliance risks. 
• Assist in internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

• Act as a liaison between the legal and strategic teams to ensure alignment of business goals and legal frameworks. 

Eligibility

• 1-2 years with expertise.
• Corporate Law and Corporate Governance. 
• Intellectual Property (patents, trademarks, copyrights). 
• Legal Drafting (contracts, agreements, legal documents). 
• Strategic Partnerships and business growth initiatives. 
• Legal Compliance and Risk Mitigation. 
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, intellectual property, and compliance. 
• Expertise in drafting legal documents and negotiating contracts. 
• Proven ability to establish and manage strategic partnerships. 
• Excellent technical skills to analyze and solve complex legal and business challenges. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Candidates must bring their laptop. 
• Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.

Salary/Stipend
