Birla Open Minds Education Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive – Legal & Compliance with 1–2 years of experience to join its office in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, execute, and manage agreements including franchise, vendor, service, consultancy, lease, and NDAs.
• Draft and issue legal notices.
• Ensure agreements comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and execution.
• Support statutory compliance and maintain legal records.
• Manage documentation, renewals, and compliance timelines.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• 1–2 years of experience in contract drafting, legal notices, and compliance.
• Corporate legal experience preferred.
