Velankani Information Systems Ltd is hiring a Legal Executive/Legal Officer with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Resource will be part of the Legal team responsible for Contracts Management (end to end), IP registrations and litigations management (managing the process on need to do basis), coordinations for property title due diligence , legal notices and replies, legal opinions , employment laws related audit and compliances,, business & projects licences related audit and compliances for group of companies and LLPs with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, a team player and have a sound understanding of corporate and commercial laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of law of contracts and corporate communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be hard working with a quest for learning , have good written and spoken communication in English and good in MS word and excel.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Quality work output with speed and minimum supervision.
- Team work and good interpersonal skills.
- Ideally have knowledge of Kannada language.
- Mature professional with ability to work under pressure.
- Ready to travel within Bangalore and out-station as and when required for execution / registration of documents and appearing before regulatory/litigation authority.
