Details of the Job/Internship
Velankani Information Systems Ltd. is hiring a Legal Officer / Legal Executive with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Electronics City, Phase 1, Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- End-to-end contracts management.
- IP registrations and litigation process management as required.
- Coordination for property title due diligence.
- Drafting legal notices and replies and providing legal opinions.
- Employment law audits and compliances.
- Business and project licence audits and compliances for group companies and LLPs.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining quality work output with speed and minimum supervision.
- Working effectively as a team player with good interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
- Passed out or pursuing LL.B.
- Knowledge of contract law and corporate communications.
- Good written and spoken English and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ideally, knowledge of the Kannada language.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Mature professional with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ready to travel within Bangalore and outstation for execution and registration of documents and appearances before regulatory or litigation authorities.
