Ultra Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive (Litigation) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves managing media-related litigation and reviewing a broad range of legal contracts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle extensive media litigation matters.
- Vet and finalize plaints, written statements, affidavits, writ petitions, and appeals.
- Review and negotiate contracts with music labels, celebrities, artists, content providers, customers, and vendors.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and other authorities on legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media litigation.
- Experience in the media and entertainment industry is mandatory.
- Strong drafting, vetting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to represent the company before courts and authorities.
