Ultra Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive ( Litigation) with 2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in media litigation.
• Vetted and finalized plaints, written statements, affidavits of evidence, criminal and civil writ petitions, appeals, etc.
• Reviewed and negotiated a wide range of legal contracts with music labels, celebrities, artists, content providers, customers, vendors, etc.
• Represented the company before courts, tribunals, and other authorities on various legal matters.

Eligibility

• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
