Ultra Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive ( Litigation) with 2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage litigation matters related to the media sector, including both civil and criminal cases.
• Draft, vet, and finalize key legal documents such as Plaint, Written Statements, Affidavits of Evidence, Writ Petitions, and Appeals.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements with:
  • Music labels
  • Celebrities and artists
  • Content providers
  • Vendors and customers
• Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities on various legal matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role within the Media & Entertainment industry.
• Strong litigation background and familiarity with media-related disputes.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal assignments efficiently.
