Details of the Job/Internship
Diamond Parks is hiring for the position of Legal Executive-Real Estate with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate and water park operations.
- Manage property-related legal documentation, including agreements to sale, lease deeds, registrations, NOCs, and compliance checks.
- Provide legal support on vendor contracts, service agreements, and employment-related compliance matters for park operations.
- Liaise with external legal consultants, government departments, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Track regulatory changes in both hospitality and real estate sectors to ensure compliance.
- Assist management in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (real estate sector strongly preferred).
- Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and contract management.
- Fluency in Marathi (mandatory) and proficiency in Hindi/English.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
