Details of the Job/Internship
RDS Digital is hiring a Legal Executive – Real Estate with experience of 4–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves drafting and reviewing property-related legal documents, coordinating with the CRM team for documentation requests, and responding to customer queries while ensuring compliance with applicable property laws and statutory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize various real estate legal documents such as Agreement of Sale, Sale Deed, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Conveyance Deeds, and other property-related agreements.
- Ensure all documents comply with applicable property laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to process requests related to property documentation.
- Provide timely legal responses and clarifications for customer queries received from the CRM team.
- Prepare and deliver legal documents within the required timelines based on CRM requests.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all executed deeds and agreements.
- Assist in property registration processes and ensure legal compliance.
- Review property documents and support verification of legal and title documents when required.
Eligibility
- 4–5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- LL.B. (Mandatory).
- Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Ability to read and write Kannada.
