Details of the Job/Internship

UniLiv is hiring a Legal Executive – Real Estate with experience of 4–5 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, finalize, renew, and manage landlord agreements, including lease, leave and license, and rent agreements.
• Prepare residential or resident agreements covering occupancy terms, house rules, fees, deposits, termination, damages, and dispute clauses.
• Create addendums, renewals, extension letters, and variations as required.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates to improve enforceability and reduce disputes.
• Negotiate commercial and legal clauses with property owners, brokers, societies, and internal teams.
• Conduct basic legal due diligence for property onboarding, including ownership checks, authority verification, KYC, and documentation review.
• Coordinate execution processes such as stamp duty guidance, notarisation, and registration where applicable.
• Draft and manage legal notices including demand, breach, and termination notices.
• Support operations on disputes related to deposits, unpaid dues, property damage, policy violations, and handover issues.
• Maintain a structured contract repository with version control, renewal tracking, and deadline monitoring.

Eligibility

• LLB degree is mandatory.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate contracts, leasing, and property documentation.
• Hands-on experience with lease, leave and license, rent agreements, and residential or occupancy agreements.
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and commercial understanding.

Salary/Stipend

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on fit.
