Details of the Job/Internship
Puneet Urban Spaces is hiring Legal Executives (Retainership) to join their office in Thane, Maharashtra. The role involves providing legal support across all functions of the company, including drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation, compliance, and litigation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide support in all legal affairs of the company.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, notices, and MoUs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in handling legal disputes.
- Manage all litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Prepare legal documentation as required.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and liaisoning teams as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Proven experience as a Legal Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
