Details of the Job/Internship

Dolat Capital Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Legal Executive with up to 1 year of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, NDAs, and commercial contracts.

• Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
• Support litigation by coordinating with external counsel and preparing documentation.
• Conduct legal research and offer legal advice to internal departments.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for governance matters.
• Assist in legal audits and risk management procedures.
• Maintain legal document repositories and conduct training sessions on legal topics.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 0–1 year of experience in a legal, regulatory, or compliance role.
• Strong understanding of corporate and employment laws.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
