Details of the Job/Internship

Parksons Packaging Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive to manage the drafting and organizational aspects of its legal department. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and finalize various agreements and contracts, with a primary focus on NDAs, customer contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Oversee and assist with legal documentation related to real estate and intellectual property.
• Manage an IT document management platform to organize and track company legal documents in a centralized electronic format.
• Collaborate on the implementation of appropriate technology solutions for the legal department.
• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications to protect and enforce the company’s rights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and judicial pronouncements to keep management informed of regulatory changes.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in drafting contracts for both domestic and international business entities.
• Strong understanding of legal risk management and corporate interest protection.
• Familiarity with IT-based legal tools and document management systems.
• Ability to stay current with evolving laws and regulations relevant to the packaging and manufacturing industry.
