Details of the Job/Internship

Renovision Automation Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai BKC.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the investment team on due diligence, structuring, and documentation.
• Review and negotiate legal agreements, including term sheets, shareholder agreements, and transaction documents.
• Ensure compliance for the firm and its portfolio companies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Manage legal disputes and litigation.
• Assist in fund formation and related legal procedures.
• Support portfolio companies on governance, contracts, and regulatory matters.
• Handle compliance requirements for AMC, Trustee, fund entities, and portfolio companies.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. from a recognised university.
• Registration with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with term sheets.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with due diligence.

Salary/Stipend
