Details of the Job/Internship
Access Architects is hiring a Legal Executive to support the organization’s legal and compliance functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements including MOUs, NDAs, vendor, and lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with real estate, construction, and corporate laws applicable to the firm.
- Maintain records, renewals, and amendments for contracts and licenses.
- Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions, partnerships, and business transactions.
- Assist in dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal advisors when needed.
- Perform legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and building codes.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation, licenses, and filings.
- Support litigation matters and represent the company before authorities when required.
- Assist in intellectual property protection—trademarks, copyrights, and design rights.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.
- Support HR in employment law matters, drafting internal legal policies, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- Stay updated on legal developments affecting the architectural and construction sectors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
- Strong knowledge of real estate, construction, and corporate law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
