Details of the Job/Internship

AccuLaw Source LLP is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for preparing mortgage reports and handling HL (Home Loan) and LAP (Loan Against Property) related property reports.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet mortgage reports.
• Review and prepare legal property reports for HL and LAP cases.
• Conduct due diligence of property documents across Delhi, Haryana, and UP.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for legal compliance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in preparing mortgage reports, HL, or LAP property reports.
• Strong understanding of property laws and title verification processes in Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
