Details of the Job/Internship
AccuLaw Source LLP is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–2 years of experience to prepare mortgage reports and handle property reports related to HL and LAP cases.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet mortgage reports.
- Review and prepare legal property reports for HL and LAP cases.
- Conduct due diligence of property documents in Delhi, Haryana, and UP.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for compliance and reporting.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in mortgage reports or HL/LAP property reports.
- Strong understanding of property laws and title verification processes in Delhi, Haryana, and UP.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
