Details of the Job/Internship
Acuerdo India Private Limited is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–5 years of experience in collections and recovery for business loans to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal recovery for Business Loans and MSME Loans.
- Manage Section 138 cases independently.
- Draft, file, and follow up on legal notices and court proceedings.
- Coordinate with advocates, courts, and recovery teams.
- Conduct field visits for legal recovery and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain MIS, legal trackers, and recovery reports on Excel.
- Support the collections team to maximise debt recovery through legal and field actions.
- Handle borrower follow-ups, documentation, and recovery closures.
Eligibility
- Qualified Advocate.
- 2–5 years of experience in NBFC/MSME/Business Loan Recovery.
- Practical experience in Section 138 proceedings.
- Strong knowledge of recovery laws, cheque bounce matters, and legal processes.
- Excellent Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Willingness for field visits and market recovery work.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
