Details of the Job/Internship
Adani Realty is hiring a Legal Executive with experience in real estate law to join their team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice on real estate transactions including acquisitions, leases, joint ventures, and development agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts and documents.
- Ensure legal compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution related to land, property, and tenancy issues.
- Conduct legal due diligence for land/property acquisitions.
- Advise on RERA, land use, zoning, and title clearance matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams including project, finance, and business development.
- Monitor legal risks in documentation and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Possess working knowledge of SRA laws and authorities, DCPR 2034, and redevelopment of MHADA properties.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of property laws, RERA, stamp duty, registration, and municipal laws.
- Proficient in drafting, negotiations, and legal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Analytical with sound problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Marathi preferred.
